Carrying Handle and Omnidirectional Wheels

The Miele Guard has a carrying handle built-in the machine allowing you to bring the machine up and down stairs and around the house easily. The handle swoops upwards for easier machine pick-up. Four smooth-running 360 degree wheels are mounted on steel axles to ensure maximum stability for your Miele vacuum cleaner. The castor wheels are even designed with a travel ramp to help your vacuum travel over thresholds and around obstructions!

Built-In LCD Screen

The Miele Guard comes equipped with an LCD screen on the back of the main canister body. This shows you the Selected Power Level and Mode, Wifi Signal Status, Exhaust Filter Change Status, and FilterBag Change Indicator. No guessing when to change filters of bags, the Guard will do that for you and update the app to let you also know on your phone. The LCD screen is also surrounded by the +/- footswitches for setting the suction power, Footswitch for automatic cord rewind, and the On/Off footswitch.

Comfort Cable Rewind with Touch Control

The cable on all Miele canister vacuum cleaners can be rewound easily with a footswitch, without having to bend over. Guard L1 vacuum cleaners are also equipped with a touch control function, allowing the entire cable to be rewound at the touch of a button.
