By ordering designs from our website or downloading our designs you are agreeing to these terms. Due to the fact you can download a design and copy it all designs are a final sale. We are giving you the permission to sell or give away items that you produce using our designs. We do not give you the permission to resell or give away our machine embroidery designs. You are prohibited from reselling, trading, sharing or distributing the embroidery file. The design file may not be distributed in any format or by any method. You are allowed to edit the design in any manner that you choose, but the edited design file also may not be distributed, shared or sold. Selling, trading, sharing or copying the artwork or the embroidery design is a violation of copyright law. Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain, is investigated by the FBI and is punishable by up to five years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000.
