The Janome MyLock 204D’s differential feed device is designed to
prevent fabrics from puckering or stretching. It is simple to operate
and can be used to create special effects like gathering and lettuce leaf
edging. |

Depending on the type or thickness of the material you sew, the seams
may be too loose or too tight even when the tensions are correctly adjusted.
In these cases, you can easily adjust the cutting width with this dial
to correct the seam tension. |

No need to change the needle plate for rolled hemming. Just slide the
needle plate setting knob to “R” position to convert the plate
for rolled hemming. |

The Janome MyLock 204D is equipped with two feed dogs. One feeds the
appropriate amount of fabric for the setting on the stitch length dial
and the other pulls or pushes the fabric according to the ratio set on
the differential feed dial. |

The Janome MyLock 204D has a 3 or 4 thread overlock seam type. |

With the Janome MyLock 204D you can adjust your stitch length at any
time (even while sewing) with the turn of a dial. |

Seam Widths
The Janome MyLock 204D has different seam widths to help finish any project:
3.5mm (narrow), 7.5mm (wide), 2.0mm (rolled hem).

Differential Feed Ratio
The ratio of differential feed can be selected from a range of 0.5 to 2.5 and
