as well as for carrying and storage. Insert the lower clip on the floor
brush into the slot on the end of the Miele Mercury Vacuum Cleaner from
above. The unit will switch off when the floor tool is secured into
the slot and start again once the floor tool is removed. |

Operating radius is determined by the length of the hose
and the power cord. Miele is properly generous with both so there is
up to 30 feet (9 meters) to use before you have to unplug and move to
another outlet. |

A.Air enters through the floor nozzle and travels up the hose to the
bag.
B.Air emitted from the bag moves through the filter and into the sealed
motor chamber.
C.Air moves through the motor chamber toward the post motor chamber.

This Miele filter conforms to the new stringent European
standard for filtration (EN 1822) which means that it actually traps
99.99% of all particles as tiny as 0.3 of a micron. These filters are
so well designed that they only need to be replaced after 50 hours of
use, or approximately 12 months. |

Using a certified HEPA filter is important, because it is rated to retain
99.9% of all lung-damaging particles 0.3 microns and larger. However, that
is only half of the picture.
This "full picture" would include a HEPA filter installed
in a sealed environment, one that does not leak air prior to being filtered.
Miele Mercury Canister Vacuum Cleaner series canister vacuums

within these vacuums, earning the S500 series the world's first certificate

from ABS plastic material, making them durable for a lifetime of use.
Additionally, this vacuum cleaner comes standard with crush-proof hoses and

connect" electrical configuration at all points, there are no exterior
