LOVE this chair! Have to admit, I was skeptical at first, but so glad I got this now. The position in which the back part is located is sheer perfection for lumbar support. I have a $500 ergonomic office chair that is trash compared to the support I get with this. The storage is just the cherry on the sundae. Very easy to put together; came wrapped EXTREMELY well; shipping lightning fast; quality is superb; look is perfect for a sewing room. I wouldn't change a thing. Also Mr. Vac & Mrs. Sew are the BEST!!! I have NEVER actually received a personal phone call telling me that my items were shipped. Customer service is beyond and above the call of duty. Thank you Mr. Vac & Mrs. Sew!!!
