The Arrow Betty 98400 Oak Sewing Cabinet Serger Caddy is perfect for the sewer who needs room for a sewing machine and serger, but doesn't have a huge room to put them all in. The cabinet is uniquely shaped like an "L", this shape allows it to nestle in the corner of your room. This configuration makes the most of any room's square footage by using normally un-used corner space. The cabinet's air-lift mechanism raises and lowers your sewing machine into place with a simple push. The mechanism is adjustable for all types of sewing machine base heights. The caddy offers a place to set your serger when in use and also doubles as a storage unit for the serger and other sewing items. One large leaf for sewing space, 4 accessory trays on the door, a recessed compartment in the top and snag-free hinges are just some of the features of this dual purpose sewing cabinet. The cabinet also comes with a FREE!!! Custom Insert to create a flush sewing surface when the mechanism is in the flatbed position.

NOTE: The following machines will not work in the 98400 series: Baby Lock Ellisimo, Ellegante BLG, Ellageo BLL, New Esante BLN; Brother Quattro 6000D, Innovis QC1000, NV1500D, NV2500D, NV4000D; Duetta 4500D Singer Futura CE-100, 150,200,250,300, 350; Bernina New 830:Viking Designer Diamond, all Sapphire & all Topaz, 905, 910, 936 sergers, Janome MC300E, 6600, 6500P, 6600P(Note: in Olivia the 6600P will fit the opening but no insert is available). These are the known machines that will not work-- there may be more. The only guaranteed way to confirm that a machine will work in these cabinets is to measure it. A custom insert cannot be made for the Viking Designer Diamond, SE, 830, 850, & 870 Sapphire, and Designer Topaz 20 & Designer Topaz 30. The serger platform will only accomodate a serger no larger than 12 1/2" wide.
