Qualifications

• If you do find a lower price on the identical brand and model of an item from a competitor who has the item in stock and is able to fulfill your order, and we are able to verify the price, we will gladly beat it.

• All price matches must be submitted prior to order.

• The price you wish us to beat must be verifiable on the Internet. The competitors advertisement must be current. MrVacMrsSew.com will only beat prices with other authorized vendors.

• The online store must have the identical product in-stock and priced accurately at the time the price match is submitted.

• Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to out-of-stock or special order items.

• Quoted prices and quantity discounts cannot be considered for price matching, We are unable to offer a low price guarantee on one of a kind or other limited quantity offers, or when a bonus or free offer is included in the purchase, or when a competitor has improperly or unlawfully advertised a price or when a competitor has advertised an item against stated manufacturers policy or contract.

• Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as free shipping, sale prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers

• Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use, will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee.

• Price adjustments are limited to one price match per item within the 30 day period.

• Shipments to New York are subject to 8.75% sales tax and will not be included as part of the price match calculation for the low price guarantee.

• In some cases when you ask us to match a price, the competitors shipping and handling charges and sales tax must be taken into account when we calculate the competitors price.

• Does not apply to auction sites, seller must have an established online store
